A Family-Run Homestay near Prambanan
Mika Homestay is a small, family-run homestay in Banguntapan, on the quiet eastern side of Yogyakarta. Prambanan Temple is about 25 minutes away, and the city centre with Malioboro and the Sultan's Palace is about 20 minutes by scooter, car or Grab.
Our rooms are set around a swimming pool, so after a morning at the temples you can come back for a swim and a quiet afternoon. Every room has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and pool access, and there is free parking for cars and scooters. You can also play badminton at the homestay.
We are a homestay, not a hotel. We live here, we know the area, and we're happy to help you plan your days: which temple to see first, where to find the best gudeg, or how to get to the beaches of Gunungkidul.
